Our expertise

Before

the check-up procedure

At Medical Club Grace, our experts will help you choose the optimal programme: Check-up Base, Check-up Man, Check-up Woman, or PostCOVID Check-up. Each of them offers its own benefits, so take your time before you make your choice. Once you’ve made up your mind, our expert will schedule the date and time of your check-up.
During

the check-up procedure

At the initial consultation, the doctor will ask you to describe your general health, fill in your case record, and assign further assessments. Once you’ve undergone your fasting tests, you can have a delicious and healthy breakfast. The doctor will schedule the follow-up visit when he/she has your test and assessment results.
After

the check-up procedure

At Medical Club Grace, our doctor will give an expert opinion, design your personal treatment programme, and give you recommendations about making healthy lifestyle changes. Each expert opinion, as well as assessment and laboratory test results, will be added to your personal case record. You’ll receive your personal case record for future reference.

Our approach to check-up programmes

Until recently, people sought medical attention because of acute symptoms of the existing health problems. Today, the health care strategy is different. At Medical Club Grace, we follow the so-called ‘medicine of health’ principle and offer a range of check-up programmes. They help prevent or treat diseases at some earlier stages. This is vital for both men and women.

With a check-up programme, you’ll be able to monitor your general health, feel good, and live longer.

Q&A

How long is a check-up procedure?

The length depends on the type of your check-up programme. It generally takes two days: you’ll have initial consultations, tests, and assessments on Day 1, while the follow-up consultations will take place on Day 2. This period, however, can be longer if your doctor decides that it’s better for you to have additional tests.

When should I have a second check-up procedure?

The doctor will take into account your age, your body features, lifestyle, and past medical history during your visit. The expert will use your test results to assign a follow-up check-up programme. Generally, you should have a complete check-up once a year.

Can children have check-ups?

Yes, they can. At Medical Club Grace, we don’t offer a special check-up programme for children. This is because the young body is still developing. Instead, we recommend that parents contact our paediatrician for a consultation. The doctor will decide whether their child needs any tests or assessments.
