A crooked, Roman, Grecian, or aquiline nose — you hear different names, but none of them makes you happy. It’s time to make you happy.

As the central and most prominent point of your face, your nose together with its size and shape impacts the way you look and feel. In some cases, only nasal plastic surgery will help fix functional problems, get rid of aesthetic imperfections, boost self-confidence, enhance career prospects, and improve your personal life.

Today, we perform the following types of nasal surgery:

This is functional nasal plastic surgery which restores the correct anatomical shape to the nasal septum. Septoplasty helps normalize nasal breathing. For this purpose, the surgeon performs a submucosal resection and repairs defects in the nasal septum (spurs and ridges). Surgical and endoscopic septoplasty procedures are the most common modern types of such surgery.

This is surgery which primarily aims to repair aesthetic defects in the nose shape and size and restore (reconstruct) the missing fragments or the entire nose. In some cases, you need to undergo second aesthetic or reconstructive nasal plastic surgery, i.e. revision rhinoplasty.

The modern types of rhinoplasty are as follows:

• Nasal tip reshaping surgery

• Nasal dorsum reshaping surgery

• Columella reduction/elongation surgery

• Ala and nostril reconstruction surgery

• Augmentation rhinoplasty.

There are two rhinoplasty techniques—open and closed—by the degree of invasiveness. Open rhinoplasty is more injurious due to the vessel and nerve transection in the columella, while closed rhinoplasty is free of such drawback, leaves no visible scars, and takes less time to recover and get back on track.

If your external nose and nasal septum are deformed, both septoplasty and rhinoplasty are required. In this case, we simultaneously perform both types of nasal surgery under general anaesthesia.

The best

service ever

The first day after surgery is the most important, which is why our clients get a five-star hotel experience: comfortable single suites, 24/7 contact with our experts, a personal nurse, an individual meal pattern, and constant care.

Our approach to nasal plastic surgery

We go against any stereotypes being imposed by society: a Roman, snub, or crooked nose. We want every client to get the nose shape and size they’ll feel confident and comfortable with.

Let’s be clear here: a nose job is a serious procedure. It helps correct the crooked shape as well as resize or remove the hump. From the first consultation, we set realistic expectations and therefore simulate the natural appearance of the nose which you’ll get.

Will there be any scars after rhinoplasty?

In case of closed rhinoplasty, all of the scars are hidden inside the nose, so they aren’t visible at all. If we talk about open rhinoplasty, then the patient will have a scar in the columella region. Over time, such scars become completely invisible.

When will oedema and bruising after septoplasty subside?

At Medical Club Grace, our surgeons perform septoplasty using the most modern techniques which make the swelling minimal. In a few days after surgery, you’ll be able to get back to your pace of life.

When can I take flights after rhinoseptoplasty?

We recommend refraining from taking any flights during the first three to four weeks after rhinoseptoplasty. If it’s urgent, we allow some flights on condition that your splint is reapplied. This will help minimize nasal deformities due to the swelling and differential pressure.

When will I notice the rhinoplasty results?

You’ll see the first results when we remove the splint, i.e. after 5–7 days. You’ll be able to evaluate the final results after your new nose is fully shaped, while all of the tissues are completely healed. You can expect that about six months after reshaping and correcting your nasal septum. In individual cases, the process can take up to a year.
